Momence History written by Kay Hess, as it appeared in the Momence Progress Reporter in 1983 & 1984.. Kay wrote about the history of the town a year in advance of the Momence Sesquicentennial Celebration, planned for the summer of 1984. She wrote a new column every week for an entire year. Her book is a collection of each article and accompanying photos.
